Naturally, we hope you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return all or part of your order for a refund of exchange you can do so within 21 days of receipt providing it’s in fully resalable condition.

All returns are put back into stock for resale. If we can’t resell it, we can’t refund it!

We can only accept returns that are unworn (tried on is OK), free from loose hair, any marks (for example pen, sweat or make up), smelling of sweat, food, smoke, perfume or pets, unaltered and free of damages by the customer or are returned to us in less than perfect condition.
If you are losing your hair, please consider wearing a wig cap liner prior to trying anything on.

Please ensure goods are appropriately repackaged and arrive back with us in the condition you received them, with tags and original packaging intact.

It sounds obvious, but please DO NOT fold sun hats folded into quarters – it damages them and as such we can’t resell or refund them. In fact, please don’t fold anything unless it arrived folded!

If there’s a problem with anything please let us know.

 

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

Simply return your items to the address on your invoice, ensuring correct postage is applied.

Important: When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Hats 4 Heads. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Hats 4 Heads. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.

Please package your return carefully as we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in transit. (If you received a damaged item, you must tell us before you send it back to us.)

Should we receive your return outside of the 21 day returns policy, unless by prior agreement, a refund will no longer be applicable and items will be sent back to you at your own expense.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

 

Refunds:

We will endeavour to process your return within 1-5 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. For example, the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

 

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know immediately and before you send it back. Hats 4 Heads will naturally cover any additional postage costs incurred.

 

International Returns

International customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes or any other costs incurred when returning goods to the UK are the buyers responsibility. We reserve the right to reject any returns with charges attached. Any charges incurred by Hats 4 Heads receiving goods back will be deducted from any refund due.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible to be returned.

 

Returning Wigs

To meet our suppliers Return Policy, wigs must be returned to us within 15 days of purchase or your return won’t be accepted. Wigs must not show any sign of wear, damage or use, have undamaged packaging and have all tags attached.

We will refund the wig once our supplier has received, accepted and processed the return, minus a £10 restocking fee and any other costs incurred by us in returning it to them.
