Naturally, we hope you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return all or part of your order for a refund or exchange you can do so within 21 days of receipt. Please remember to include your order details and a reason why.
Only new and unworn goods will be accepted.
Please ensure goods are appropriately repackaged and arrive back with us in the condition you received them.
It sounds obvious, but please DO NOT fold sun hats folded into quarters – it damages them and as such we can’t resell or refund them.
We are unable to refund goods that have been worn, smell of cigarettes, cooking, pets, perfume, those marked by makeup or are returned to us in less than perfect condition, nor can we refund any monies paid to us for outgoing postage of goods.
If there’s a problem with anything please let us know.
Important: When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Hats 4 Heads. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Hats 4 Heads. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know immediately. Hats 4 Heads will naturally cover any additional postage costs incurred.
International customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes or any other costs incurred when returning goods to the UK are the buyers responsibility. We reserve the right to reject any returns with charges attached. Any charges incurred by Hats 4 Heads receiving goods back will be deducted from any refund due.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
