Many thanks for such an excellent customer service with a speedy delivery too - ordered on 18th delivered on 20th! I also appreciated the personal comment on the compliment slip re the choice of the grey/green hat - it really is so lovely and is one I shall wear even after all the chemo treatment is over.

I love my sleeping cap. In fact if I didn't look like a garden gnome in it I'd wear it during the day, it is so comfy and I forget I have it on. It actually stays on my head most of the night unless I'm wrestling with my pillows for some reason. It's nice and deep, so I can pull it well down over my ears and back of neck. It's good you tell people to tuck in the corners. Thank you so much - going to have a look at your website to see what I'll need now weather gone cooler.

Just a note to say thanks for all your news letters. We think your website and ethos is great but my wife completed her chemo a month ago and has kept her hair (well, almost all of it). In the nicest possible way we hope not to have to use your service again - unless it's from a fashion only point of view!

Thank you for your email.  I have been meaning to contact you and say how pleased I am with my baker boy hats.  I love the fact that you send a copy of the card transaction and the moisture cream is a small but nice touch!  Sorry for taking so long to contact you, but as you know the chemo capers are like being on a big dipper!  Some days you’re up, some days you’re down.  Still haven’t gone for the wig so your hats are a hit wherever I go.  I’ve given your website out to my GP nurse and my chemo nurses at the Beatson in Glasgow, as well as other patients I meet there.  Sometimes I feel brave and go ‘bareback’! 
Please give my regards and a BIG MAMMA HUG to Suzanne.  Never too many hugs!!  Cancer sucks I know, but living for the now (even when it’s crappy) I think is a big part of recovery.  A good old cry can be quite cathartic for the ‘survivor’ and ‘supporters’.
